Hotel Moxy Kaunas Center is located in the heart of Kaunas, just a few steps from the most magnificent city attraction points. It aims to provide fun and lively environment, and equally satisfying and comfortable stay for all hotel guests. The hotel bar and lounge is also open for the residents and visitors to Kaunas city, and thus has become a popular urban life spot in Kaunas downtown.
The project team has an aspiration to align the hotel’s sustainability goals and activities with the top-level best practice requirements provided by BREEAM. BREEAM was selected as the most international building sustainability assessment method. The certification will demonstrate to guests the commitment of the hotel to being sustainable.

This helped the team to identify the building’s strengths, potential risks, and improvement opportunities.
BREEAM assessment concluded that hotel Moxy Kaunas Center is very energy efficient because of LED lighting, solar panels and modern heating and cooling solutions. It provides great comfort and well-being for hotel‘s guests and delivers abundant daylight and view out in hotel rooms and workplaces.
