First BREEAM In-Use rated office building in Central Asia

Park View Office Tower in the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan has become the first office building in Central Asia to gain a certificated rating to the internationally recognised BREEAM In-Use sustainability standard. A large business centre in the heart of Almaty’s historic city centre, Park View Office Tower attained a ‘Very Good’ rating for Building Management under BREEAM In-Use International. The 1052m2 of leasable office space on each level of this sixteen-floor building is reported to be highly sought-after by firms based in Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan and a major commercial and cultural centre. Park View was also recognised as “The Best Grade-A Office Building in Kazakhstan” at the annual awards of the Commercial Real Estate Week, recently held in Astana. BREEAM In-Use assessments are carried out by an international network of independent, licensed assessors such as Drees & Sommer who audited Park View Office Tower.
